Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the customer receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

Free Return Shipping
FalconCart provides free return shipping for eligible returns within the 14-day return period.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact our support team for exchange requests.
